How do I request a refund?
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase by email to support@statdataviewer.com. We will process your request within 1-2 business days.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your One-Year License subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. To cancel your subscription, send an email to support@statdataviewer.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription". Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
What happens after I cancel my subscription?
Once you cancel your subscription, your license will remain valid until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next renewal. If you wish to re-subscribe later, you will need to purchase a new license.
